Kristen Edmiston, Business Consultant

Kristen Edmiston, MBA BScN

Kristen is the Founder of KEA Consulting. She is a former Registered Nurse, turned Healthcare Executive, and has built two of her own businesses from the ground up. She is now a highly experienced and enthusiastic business and management consultant, educator, facilitator, and speaker. At her core, Kristen has a true appreciation for engagement, empathy, teamwork, and leadership. Her areas of expertise span many different topics, including strategic planning, quality improvement, workplace culture, leadership development, mindset coaching, and change management (to name a few). She is passionate about helping others realize their Excellence Potential and published her first book, “The ONE Book” in 2021.

FOUNDED IN 2012…

… and this was when Kristen’s leap of faith from her healthcare executive role into entrepreneurship led to new ways of making a difference. The rest, they say… is history, but KEA Consulting will forever be built from the head and heart of a former PICU nurse who cares deeply, knows the meaning of hard work, and is always looking for ways to support others on their journey.

KEA Consulting has had the pleasure of supporting many different clients, teams, and organizations to reach their goals through a different and profound way. We approach every challenge and opportunity with a unique blend of optimism and realism. We believe in setting the bar higher than one stretch away because that’s where the greatness lies. That’s where the dreams come true and where the legends are made. But we also believe in being strategic, tactical, and focused when it comes getting the work done. We search for the less obvious answers by exploring “the why”… not just answering it. We believe that we must ask questions, think, and take action differently if we are to achieve different results.
